Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Service Description

Join Darren for an hour long sound bath experience at his home at 8th Chakra. Charlie and Laisey, his two dogs will be participating in the sound bath. The sound bath will begin by writing down your intentions, or what you want to release. Before we move into the sound bath, we will burn what has been written to release it out into the universe. Once this is complete the ashes will be released into the wind, and the sound bath will begin. Enjoy waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and a Shruti box to send you into a state of relaxation.
